Randy Bitter committed indecent acts with and raped a family member under 12 years old

31st July 2003

David Kitching from Soham saw a smartly dressed man and woman in a green car staring at children in Saucy Megs Restaurant. There was a Christening party in the restaurant on Sunday 4th August 2002. Ian Webster followed a green Vectra from Soham to Newmarket. There were two children in the car, who ever they were they were putting up a fight. The driver was facing backwards and was described as waving his arms around . Ian Webster said the driving as suicidal he was hitting the kerb on both sides of the road.

The Burwell phone mast would have picked up the mobile phone being switched of at 6:48.  Ian Webster’s Taxi and the green Vectra split up at the round about leading to Studlands Park Avenue. Many USAF Mildenhall personnel live in Studlands Park Avenue.

Note the RAF police are doing the door to door inquiries.
Detectives have told a public meeting in Soham that the solution to the disappearance of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells is most likely to be found in the town itself. People of the local community were urged to think if the behaviour of friends or neighbours had become unusual. The midnight deadline set by police for anyone holding the girls to contact them has now passed. Police have not revealed whether the dedicated hotline set up on Wednesday had been used by an abductor. Instead, they turned the focus of the investigation on the Cambridgeshire town where the 10-year-olds disappeared on Sunday, 4 August.
"Look at the behaviour of your friends, relatives, neighbours, anything," said Detective Chief Inspector Andy Hebb to a packed public meeting in the Cambridgeshire town on Thursday night. Mr Hebb insisted the force was not back to "square one", despite both its strongest leads coming to nothing. He said there were many "active lines of inquiry" which could not be discussed for "operational reasons" and repeated his belief that the girls were alive but being held against their will. And on Thursday night, he told the people of Soham they could hold the key to finding them. He told them to look among their friends and neighbours. "Think about how they are behaving. Are they doing anything differently? "That's the most important thing," he said. George Orwell was right!
On Wednesday, the detective leading the investigation, Detective Superintendent David Beck, made an appeal to whoever is holding the girls to contact police on a hotline. He took the unusual step of setting a deadline for the kidnapper to get in touch - midnight on Thursday, 15 August. Meanwhile, searches are continuing in Soham and house-to-house inquiries are being taken to a wider area. Police are also checking claims by a Soham local, David Kitching, 51, that he saw a man and woman staring intently at children on the day the two girls disappeared. He reported seeing a smartly dressed woman and a man in a green car acting suspiciously yards from where the 10-year-olds were last seen  The focus suddenly went back to Soham and away from Newmarket. The Burwell Phone mast is closer to Newmarket than it is to Soham. The real killer drives a vectra, lived in Studlands Park Avenue and worked at USAF Mildenhall

What Really Happened?

Holly & Jessica walked along Tanners Lane and up Sand Street. The CCTV camera recorded the girls at the Ross Peers Sports Centre, they then went to ask how Miss Carr was feeling. They went over the bridge past the library and onto the War Memorial. The girls were seen at the War Memorial which is opposite a restaurant called Saucy Meg’s. David Kitching saw a smartly dressed man and woman in a green car staring at children in the restaurant. The children were attending a Christening Party that Sunday afternoon. The man and woman saw Holly and Jessica and noticed they were not with adults. The man and woman drove round the corner to follow Holly and Jessica down Sand Street. Holly and Jessica would have been walking on the left pavement. The green car rolled along side and the smartly dressed woman got out. She may have pretended to fall, Holly and Jessica offered to help. The woman had left the front passenger door open and asked Holly to get the First Aid kit out of the glove box. Holly looked in but could not find the First Aid kit, the woman suggested it was on the back seat, Jessica opened the door to look for it. Then the woman jumped up pushed Holly and shut the door on her, then pushed Jessica and shut the door on her. The man drove of as fast as he could before anyone noticed. The woman could make her own way back to Newmarket because she knew exactly where he was going with the girls.
Ian Webster saw the green vectra on the A142 between Soham and Newmarket. He described the driving as erratic and suicidal. Ian Webster said the driver was facing backwards and “thrashing” his arms around. He added that there was one child in the front seat and another child with brown hair similar to Jessica’s in the back seat. Jessica was obviously putting up a fight.
The green car left the A142 at the round about leading to Studlands Park Avenue. Many personel from USAF Mildenhall live in Stulands Park.
“Nearly 60 closed circuit television cameras went operational here the first week of March. Placed in all areas around RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell, the anti-terrorism force protection cameras give the 48th Security Forces Squadron increased ability to deal with force protection issues and add another layer of security and safety to the base.“Now one man can cover several positions at once,” said Master Sgt. Jim Kendall, 48th SFS police services NCOIC. “The new system augments the forces that we already have in place.”  “Operated by handpicked, trained security forces 24 hours a day, AT/FP CCTV allows security forces to monitor more than forty camera views at once.” In fact, said Kendall, the system has already been used to reduce the time it takes to apprehend drivers that run the gates  “We can follow gate-runners with the cameras and record their actions until our forces catch up with them,” said Kendall. “Recording a gate-runner’s actions also helps us monitor a suspect for anti-terrorism and force protection activities.” RAF Lakenheath is the first base in U.S. Air Forces in Europe to install an AT/FP CCTV system, said Kendall.” USAF Lakenheath is the largest US Air base in Europe.
The first route is the real route as the witnesses told the police.

The route below would mean doubling back on yourself twice.

But it makes people think there were not abducted by the man and woman in the green car.

The police have been sniffing around for two weeks and you don’t think to move the clothes to somewhere less obvious, you leave them lying around waiting to be found.
Anthony Goodridge and Brian Stevens

If Brian Stevens did not put the pornography on the computer then who did?

Both officers had long careers in the military before joining the police

Justice Moses put the
MI5 Whistle Blower David Shayler in jail.
Justice Moses put the scapegoat Ian Huntley in jail

It took over a year for the story about the nosebleed to come out. Ian Huntley spent 50 days in Rampton high security mental hospital. He spent a further year in HMP Woodhill and HMP Belmarsh. Ian was brain washed into believing he must have had something to do with the case, but he could not believe it was murder hence the story about the nosebleed.

Paedophile ring hunted inside armed forces.

David Leppard, Sunday Times, 11/9/02, p9

Military police are investigating a network of suspected paedophiles in the armed forces who are downloading child pornography from the internet.

The proliferation of child pornography in the armed services has led military detectives to acquire  advanced computer software from America that allows them to recover material from computers, even though it appears to the user to have been deleted. Military detectives fear the use of pornography is likely to lead to more direct forms of child abuse.

Junior counsel for the prosecution Karim Khalil QC then read out a further list of admissions.  He said: "No hairs from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman were recovered from 5 College Close.
"No blood from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman was recovered from 5 College Close.
"No fingerprints from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman were recovered from 5 College Close, save for those on the box of Celebrations chocolates (which Holly gave to Carr at the end of the 2002 academic year).
"No hairs from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman were recovered from the Ford Fiesta.
"No blood from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman was recovered from the Ford Fiesta.
"No fingerprints from either Holly Wells or Jessica Chapman were recovered from the Ford Fiesta."
USAF Lakenheath was a front line base during the wars with Iraq and Afghanistan, the so called “Special Relationship” with America is more important than Holly & Jessica
Latter that night a jogger reported hearing what sounded like teenagers screaming on Warren Hill between 10pm and 11pm. A week later the jogger discovers two mounds of disturbed earth which he suspects are shallow graves. The police begin to examine the mounds of earth 10 days after the girls went missing. After 4 hours the police made a statement saying that tests so far have proved inconclusive. After 11 hours the police made another statement saying the mounds were probably badger sets.

Holly and Jessica were murdered between 10pm and 11pm on Warren Hill, then buried in shallow graves. The Mildenhall Officer then attended work as usual on Monday morning, however his superiors noticed some cuts and scratches, they knew he lived in Studlands Park and drove a green vectra. When they heard that two girls were missing they knew how he got the injuries. His superiors demanded to know what he had done with the girls. When they had the details they went along to Warren Hill removed the bodies and the surrounding earth and replaced it with earth they had brought along with them. They had 10 days to do this.

They checked the labels on the girls clothes then went to M&S, Tescos and Man Utd to buy clean clothes. These were cut up and burnt then planted in the Hanger. When the police found the bodies next to USAF Lakenheath  they were described as “partially skeletalised”  All evidence had been removed.
Does this look like something a badger did?
Do you really think both girls could fit in this tiny boot?
